Senior Vice-President and Secretary, Eugene M. Sneeringer Jr. has over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Mr. Sneeringer concentrates on commercial real estate development with emphasis on acquisitions, drafting legal documents pertaining to the financing of commercial and industrial real estate and negotiation and facilitation of ground lease transactions. He represents national, regional and local banking and institutional lenders as well as developers and builders.
Mr. Sneeringer earned his undergraduate degree at Colgate University. He attended Albany Law School and was admitted to the Bar in 1980. Mr. Sneeringer is a frequent lecturer for the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association and other organizations on topics concerning real estate practice, commercial mortgage lending, title insurance, mortgage foreclosure and mechanics liens.
He is also a Principal and Secretary of Home Funding Finders, Inc. a residential licensed mortgage lender with offices throughout upstate New York and Florida; Chairman of Fort Orange Financial Corp. and Capital Bank and Trust Company (head quartered in Albany, New York); and a Member of the Board of Trustees of Albany Law School.
Mr. Sneeringer has been active in his community and is a dedicated runner. He resides Albany County with his wife, Susan. He has three grown children, Carolyn, Peter and Jeffrey.
