Changes to RP-5217 Filing Fees.
Posted Date: 5/8/2009

As of June 1, 2009, the filing fee for the RP-5217 will be as follows: 

  1. Residential and Farm Properties (boxes A,B, and E) will increase from $75.00 to $125.00
  2. All other properties will increase from $165.00 to $250.00

This new fee applies to all deeds submitted for recording  on or after June 1, 2009 regardless of the closing date.
